Do I need an appt for permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry services at our storefront are on a walk-in only basis. No appt is required. Come in anytime during our store's business hours.

My hoops stopped clasping and clicking into place, what do I do?
Many times with huggies/hoops, the bar part that goes into your ear gets bent down from repeated used. Slightly push that bar up and your huggie/hoop will click into place.
What material do you use for your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made with either Gold Filled, Sterling Silver or 14K Solid Gold. These metals are hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free.
What is the difference between gold filled and gold plated?
Gold filled is a pressure bonded layer of gold that has 100 times more gold than plated jewelry. It is durable, won't chip or flake, is tarnish resistant, and is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry, at a much more reasonable price. It looks beautiful, and has a finish that will last years if cared for properly.
How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
-Remove jewelry during physical activities (running, crossfit, gardening, hiking, swimming, household chores, etc.)
-Remove jewelry when using chemicals: shampoos, harsh soaps, lotions, makeup, hairspray, etc.
-Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, pools, hot tubs or spas.
-Avoid abrasive materials like a terry cloth, bath towel, and shirt to polish your jewelry. Even tissues or paper towels are micro-abrasive and should be avoided.
-Store your jewelry in a dry, air-tight area (e.g. ziploc bag).
-Always clean your piece before storing. Use a generic micro fiber cloth or lens cloth to remove any oxidation or tarnish marks. Gently rub across the surface until the shine has been restored. Regularly clean your jewelry using mild soap. Pat dry.
